Shipping and packaging rates via parcel (par avion) do not depend on the country of delivery:
Up to 250 g*   - USD 7.1;
251-500 g     - USD 11.7;
501-750 g     - USD 18.8;
751-1000 g   - USD 23.4.

In-stock items are shipped within 5 working days of the payment verification date. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen. Usually it takes one-two weeks via Parcel or 3 working days via FedEx.

The buyer can cancel the order for the goods before shipment for no extra charges.

The buyer is entitled to refuse the delivered goods of proper quality within 7 days after the goods were received in accordance with the following: the goods of proper quality can be returned if the all purchase documents, packaging and useful qualities of the goods are retained. If the buyer no longer has documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase, he may provide other sufficient proofs to enable return of the goods.

The buyer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality if the goods have particularly specified qualities useful solely to the buyer in question.

The non- food products of the proper quality which can’t be returned or replaced are listed below.

1. Medicines and disease prevention products for home use: sanitary-hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textile or other materials, medical tools, devices and equipment, oralhygiene products, spectacle lenses, childcare products, medicines.
2. Textile products: cotton, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fabrics such as ribbons, laces, webbing, etc.
3. Apparel and knitted garments including linen and leg wear.
4. Food contact products and materials made of polymers: tableware, food storage, transportation containers and packaging.
5. Household furniture sets and items.
6. Technical household products meeting tothe warranty: metal-cutting and wood-working household machines, electric household gadgets and devices, radio equipment, household computing equipment and calculators, photo and video equipment, telephone sets and fax machines, electric musical instruments, electronic toys.
7. Printed goods which are non-serial: books, brochures, albums, maps, sheet music, posters, calendars, booklets, and publications on technical data storage media.

If the goods are returned for reasons diverse from quality complaints, the reshipping costs are in customer’s charge.

During the transportation mail service is responsible for the goods.

Please, do open the package of delivered order at the moment you receive it. If there is any damage, make the claims against mail services.
